Anne Gynnerstedt new Head of Legal Affairs at Vattenfall

Anne Gynnerstedt has been appointed Head of Legal Affairs and member of the group management team at Vattenfall. She currently holds an equivalent position at the Defence and Security group, Saab. She will take up her new post on 9 January 2012.

Anne Gynnerstedt has been Head of Group Legal Affairs and Senior Vice President at Saab AB since October 2004.

Anne Gynnerstedt has also worked as General Counsel at the Swedish National Debt Office, Riksgälden, and was on the management team there between 2002-2004, having previously spent many years as a corporate lawyer at SAS. Anne Gynnerstedt has been a Director of Green Cargo AB since 2007.

She will take up her new post with the Vattenfall Group in January 2012.
